Empirical evidence reveals that diversity—heterogeneity in race, culture, gender, etc.—has material benefits for organizations, communities, and nations. However, Diversity also brings an inherent amount of conflict with the status quo, the subconscious biases, and the need to create a more inclusive environment. A recent study by Boston Consulting Group notes that “the real problem is that many organizations simply don’t know which measures are most effective in improving diversity.”

Sneh graduated from XLRI in 1996. With work experience across geographies ( US, Middle East & India), she got exposed to Diversity as a business imperative much before it became a buzzword. Apart from having worked with different nationalities, cultures, she has also worked with Speech and Hearing impaired individuals and LGBTs. In her last corporate stint, she was heading Diversity and Inclusion for India with a charter to enhance the participation of women in the workplace and providing a secure environment through training on Gender sensitization, Subconscious Biases and Implementation of POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment).
Sneh has been the Chairperson of ICC and handled multiple cases on POSH.
While D & I remains a core area of expertise, she has also worked in different roles across other sub functions of HR and lead teams through talent acquisition and management, cultural changes, mergers, takeovers and processes and policy design.
Apart from Diversity and Inclusion, her other areas of interest are organic gardening, reading and playing with her kids and dogs!
Jackie Jaishankar is a management consultant, working with clients across industries and countries in helping them achieve their goals on operational excellence and customer satisfaction. He also has a deep and abiding interest in stories, particularly from the Indian epics, and their power to communicate key messages. In recent times, he has been conducting sessions on the present applicability of themes and messages from the Mahabhata, which to him is the greatest story ever told and which continues to provide guidelines for navigating dilemmas and difficult situations.
Jackie has worked for more than 20 years across industries in a variety of sales, operating and consulting roles. He has an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a BE from the Delhi College of Engineering. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Antharaman "Anand" Iyer
Anantharaman “Anand” Iyer has nearly three decades of experience in the IT field, leading businesses and teams – in Startups, Fortune 100 Companies and Government Agencies in places as diverse as the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, Europe and South East Asia. A well respected technocrat, he has led multi million dollar projects in Defence, healthcare and IT Products.
As advisor to the CEO, he weighs in on all strategic and business decisions.
Pratibha is a Women and Child Rights lawyer.
She did her LLB from Agra University in 2000 and followed it with a flourishing law practice. She has worked both as an independent lawyer, and also with a reputed law firm, handling cases related to harassment of both women and children.
Over the years, she has worked for Children Education combining her expertise in Law, with their educational needs.
Excellent at communication and dealing with these matters sensitively, she is an asset to Vividhta.
